Note 1:
If the hotel must prove the guest's arrival before it will be paid by the service provider then
a) the service provider takes all the benefit from not redeemed vouchers (between 10% and 30%)
b) the hotel grants an interest-free credit to the service provider
c) the hotel must redeem all sold vouchers even in case the service provider would go bankrupt.
